Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your Google name, email address and profile picture.
• Photos you upload and the videos we generate from them.
• Orders: product, amount and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Safety records: whether each photo and result passed our automated checks.
• Usage: first-party analytics about how visitors move through the site (for example, which step of the flow they reached), a country code and a device type. We do not store IP addresses.

How we use it

• To make your video and show it only to you.
• To keep the Service safe, including rejecting unsafe or underage content.
• To process payments and support requests.
• To understand and improve the product.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run the Service: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Aiven (database), fal.ai (video generation), SeeAPI (automated content moderation), Stripe (payments) and Google (sign-in). They process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your data.

Retention

• Uploaded photos: deleted after 7 days.
• Generated videos: deleted after 90 days, or sooner on request.
• Safety records and analytics: kept for 12 months.
• Order records: kept as long as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your videos or your account, or for a copy of your data, by emailing support@burningbridgesmv.org.

Children

The Service is for adults only. Photos that may show anyone under 18 are rejected.
