These terms govern your use of Encorette at burningbridgesmv.org (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
The Service lets you upload a photo and receive a short AI-generated video in which the person in the photo appears in a party scene inspired by a popular online trend. Encorette is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Drake, OVO, Republic Records, Universal Music, Higgsfield or TikTok.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Photos you upload
- You may only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have given you permission.
- Never upload photos of anyone under 18.
- No nudity, sexual content, violence, hate or harassment.
- Do not use the Service to impersonate, deceive, defame or harass anyone, including public figures.
- You confirm consent each time you generate a video. We record that confirmation.
Every photo and every result is checked by automated safety filters. We may refuse any photo or result, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Your videos
Videos are for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for how you share them and must follow the rules of the platforms where you post them. The scene in each video comes from third-party material; you receive no rights to that material beyond personal sharing of your video.
5. Payments
Video credits are sold as one-time purchases through Stripe. One credit makes one video. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final; see our Refund Policy.
6. Availability
We may change, pause or discontinue the Service, including in response to rights-holder requests. If we discontinue the Service, we will give at least 14 days' notice so you can use your remaining credits.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". AI results vary and may not look exactly like you. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
